Back in the day, pre-Friendster & pre-LiveJournal, these two guys at Amherst, named Amit & Noah were sitting around and they were all like, "There needs to be a website specifically geared towards the Amherst College community, where we can find stuff like dining hall menus, info about the town, professor quotes, etc." So they made one, and over time over 100 other schools jumped on the bandwagon, creating the nationwide network that we like to call The Daily Jolt.
You are currently at the latest addition to the Daily Jolt family, created specifically with Emmanuel College students in mind. Here you'll find pretty much anything you'll need throughout the course of an average day at Emmanuel, like movie listings, procrastination aids, food reviews, transportation information, pictures taken at parties and other social events, an academic calendar, links to anything and everything Emmanuel-related.
